An experiment is secretly being used on pregnant women, focused upon creating children with greater learning capacities and more drive. Its success is a mixed bag but it effectively changes society. One accidental recipient slides under the radar, and a horrific c tragedy launches a new type of 'super hero'.
The region is divided in two, on the wrong side violence is still very well known, so what if you were born on the wrong side? A spirited adventure awaits Brandon whose singular desire is to eliminate the need for the fence. After he joins with the love of his life an uncharacteristic quasi-super hero is formed.
