It would require considerable time and labour to analyse the system of puffing, adopted by those medical gentlemen, who are too independent to encounter the irksomeness of collegiate studies, and to whom nature has been sufficiently lavish to obviate the necessity of a collegiate examination: but in very truth--if that quality appertain to all the puffs in question, --our weekly bills of mortality must be swelled out by the ignorance and incapacity of regularly educated physicians!
