Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from The Growth of the Kingdom of God

Was not a part of the original plan; but, for obvious reasons, it seemed desirable that, for English readers, there should be a chapter devoted to a study of the growth of the Kingdom in England, and it has accordingly been prepared.
