It explains why the American press sometimes declares the second place finisher the "winner" and why expectations and perceptions are more important than actual vote totals. This book also points out the factors that are likely lead to a New Hampshire winner not to receive the nomination for President. In addition, he shows the reader how to predict the possibility of such a New Hampshire upset in the future.
