This astounding mystical diagram, The Golden Mirror of Outer and Inner Vision, created in the early 18th century, is a large, detailed copperplate engraving presenting the four main worlds, before, in and after Creation, with their surrouding eight and forty gates. How each star-world, star gate, number, and other things contained therein, is named and what each means is explained.
It is to some extent, based on Christian mystical ideas, such as appeared in the Book of Revelation, but presents a unique vision of the spiritual cosmos.
