This book aims to evaluate and position the main Mexican research program known as the National System of Researchers (SNI) within the international scientific context. This book presents results that help value or revaluate this research elite's role and transcendence within the multiple scientific research programs in Mexico. Recognizing researchers who demonstrate a true vocation for research in Mexico is undoubtedly a great achievement. However, the success of the SNI will depend on the continuous recognition of the scientific achievements of each Mexican researcher who enters and manages to remain in this research circle. Therefore, to know the impact of the main institutional program that has valued this vocation over the years, through the Mexican scientific community, is to recognize the success of Mexico's research policy.
