Publisher's Synopsis
Two young men, Will and Wesley, inseparable as children, grew to adulthood in opposing directions; one a college graduate and into law enforcement; the other, a high school dropout, into drugs and crime. Will hadn't been in contact with Wesley for several years when he was asked by Wesley's mother to track him down and talk some sense into him. She was afraid that he would run afoul of the police and be killed. Will faced a dilemma. If he tried to help Wesley . . . But if he didn't. . . .
