This young adult/fantasy novel tells the story of two very different cities. Beth is a young girl living in Cloud Town (a city full of fun, chocolate lakes, and dragons). Her and her best friend Sam live a great life working at the Cloud Factory (a factory that makes literally clouds), until Sam turns 15 and has to transfer to another mysterious city: Enílikas. Once Sam leaves, a chain of unusual warnings and painful events leaves Beth worried about what is waiting for her on her 15th birthday. What mysteries wait for her in Enílikas?
