Through years of modifications and adjustments, we have perfected and successfully implemented a business model that allows us to do just that. The Faction Model(TM) is an industry-shifting way to deliver personalized fitness at a more affordable price while improving the financial health and stability of the facilities implementing the Model. The Faction Model(TM) has not only provided our members with unprecedented value, but drastically improved the profitability, retention and growth of our facility. It is our hope, through sharing this model, that we can help facilitate an industry-wide shift toward providing affordable and sustainable access to hands-on training and coaching. The industry has seen tremendous development in training and applied science, but the general delivery of coaching and training has remained relatively unchanged.
