War has always exacted its toll on the individuals involved whether they are the actual combatants or the members of their family. Travis Lane, 27, lived through a troubled childhood. As a result, his married life was anything but tranquil. As a means of escape, he joined the armed service, but an IED blast during a combat operation ended his military career. During his recovery, he discovered that he was only able to remember select parts of his past. Once home, his goal was to make amends to those closest to him - people he barely remembered.
