The book analyzes a regime that is controlling the big desert country Sudan, represented in group hiding behind a dogma they do not believe. The flag of Islamic principles are raised but whatever colors it carries, they are smeared by greed, envy, and blood of numberless innocents. The group is united in blood and treachery, in cruelness and kleptocracy, in kakistoracy and plunder. They want to live sucking the life out of a long-suffering nation by continuous mendacities and deceit. The Pharoahs of Egypt and Shahs of Persia, the Kaesars of the Romonovs should envy their unlimited powers, despise of a nation and relentless plunders. The theoretical framework presented here is about Swords raised to grab authority in Sudan by Military Junta, united and cooperating with the National Islamic Front (NIF) in June 1989. The Scepter is the power they held over the people. The sword was severe on the institutions and the people. Both kept the whole nation within cages of fear. Blood was spelt to drench the sword's thirst. Meanwhile the scepter was a potential tool to subjugate the people to the power of the dogma, depriving them of freedom, land, wealth, and all feasible economic surpluses.
