The Duo Time Machine which is the project that we are working on right now is a multidisciplinary approach that incorporates many fields in science to navigate all necessary meshwork that will eventually build and strengthen the foundation of nutrition. Our researches are however designed to unravel and to understand the mysteries of the intricate relationship between the Human Genome and the fascinating, ever evolving universe of food. Merykos LLC, the business heartbeat of all our researches that enable us to combine our scientific findings and to create a product that reflects our philosophy and organic standards. Moreover our business and perhaps our scientific model although redefine natural and organic, go beyond the realm of chemistry and molecules; we strive to preserve the culinary art in all its creativity and excellence while we promote a much healthier alternative. Merykos LLC is working vigorously to change our consumption during our family gatherings and recreation times where most of the unhealthy food habits do occur at a very large quantity. We have already produced our distinguished organic MeryKos BBQ Sauce and we are working on many more sauces, condiments, spices and recreational healthy snacks. Our goals and purpose nonetheless in the scientific food research collide with our taste buds for we hope to create positive changes within the human genome that will modify our genes either conservatively to prevent further mutations and diseases, or that can alter our genome positively to help us combat many incurable diseases. As the lead scientist, also founder of MeryKos LLC, my background is in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology as well as Medicine; I was gifted enough and granted the opportunity to have made many groundbreaking discoveries in my lifetime most notably and most memorably in Theoretical/AstroPhysics with respect to Climate Change and Global Warming. We have already made some advance researches in molecular genetics of food and we are moving at the speed of light in understanding many important nutritional factors that might directly or indirectly impact our health and ultimately disrupt our genetic codes rather adversely and severely. We hope that you will grant us the opportunity to continue our researches and enlighten your knowledge about a world rather unexplored but most importantly, we hope our findings will detangle many mysteries and open the doors to many possibilities as we look into the future of gene modifications and most bravely the positive lasting results in medical cure
