Airria had a happy, mostly carefree child hood. He grew up in a town with no rules and was raised by his mother and aunt to care. Now he fears to close his eyes. Every time he does he has to watch as his father's tortured soul ripped from his broken body by Jarmack'Trastibbick, the oldest and most powerful of all black dragons. The two of them were more like brothers. Faith was raised in a town where the rule of law was more important than anything. She witnessed the reach of the Dragon's Claw. Carrita grew with and insatiable thirst for knowledge. Jarmack'Trastibbick, through one of her servants, had promised all the understanding the child could handle. What she received was unimaginable torment. She was freed by her mother's sacrifice, but was thrown into a world of pain and abuse. She has felt the bitter darkness of the Dragon's Heart.
