O Lord Christ God, King of the Ages, and Creator of all mankind, I thank thee for all the benefits Thou hast conferred upon me, and for the communion of Thy most pure and quickening Mysteries. I entreat Thee, O Perfect One Who lovest mankind, to cherish me in Thy tabernacle and under the shadow of Thy wings. And grant that with a clear conscience, even at my last breath, I may worthily participate of Thy Holy Sacrament, for the remission of my sins, and unto life eternal.
