In The Final Charge, Mike, Ray, and Gordon, three Civil War reenactors, traveled back in time to the Battle of Gettysburg and took part in Pickett's Charge. Returning to their own era, they discovered that history had changed and the South had won the Civil War. Now they find themselves in a wonderful new world, but its façade is founded on evil. When one of the three is murdered, the others must risk their lives traveling through time again to reset history's timeline. Their quest includes stopping the secret weapon that changed the outcome of the war-the Death Machine.
