The Cranberries that Didn't fit in is a colourfully illustrated children's book that promotes acceptance of diversity and a concern for saving the planet's future, in this instance, the survival of bees facing the threat of neonicotinoids. The pink cranberries are symbolic of anyone who suffers from rejection due to simply being "different". The message of the play is that we are all one. In this edition, the story is followed by a full script for the play in which parents or educators may wish to involve young readers.
