This paper focuses on economic diplomacy, which has become one of the primary mechanisms for economic development, especially for developing countries that are trying to cope with many difficulties in integrating into the global economy. Morocco has also relied on its economic diplomacy to attract more and more foreign investment, and to support Moroccan investors in their quest for foreign markets, and more specifically the African market, which has become a target for all countries. This can only be achieved if economic diplomacy is effective, and to achieve this, all players, both public and private, are working together to ensure that Morocco can make progress in economic diplomacy.
