Publisher's Synopsis
The purpose of my writing is to persuade both the church and the
family of the urgency of revitalizing the family both through awareness of the condition of the
family and the need for spiritual education from the church.
Families are no longer living up to the standards that were preset by God, and as a result family
values, trust, and support is no longer a priority or consideration. The question that seems to be
ignored is where did the breakdown begin? What are the consequences of the breakdown? How
does it contribute to the ills of our society? What can be done to resolve it?
There is a need to address these issues because of the hurt, the sorrow, and the tragedy that
continues to exist in our world. If the world is going to be a better place both the family and the
church must be a catalyst for each other.
