This open learning pack is aimed at the office administrator and is suitable for NVQ Level 2, covering both the main knowledge and understanding from the NVQ and also portfolio development. The pack consists of 11 workbooks plus a user guide and trainer guide and can help with portfolio building in the form of suggestions for how to compile evidence. Factsheets are included which provide ready access to legal and other information for administrators. Workbooks 1-8 cover core units and workbooks 9-11 cover optional units.
