Generations have passed, the time that the Biblical prophecies spoke of has come to pass. Following the disappearance of the believers, the Dark Lord has been given dominion over Earth to gather the souls he needs to build his army of wraiths that he hopes will defeat, and cast down the angels of the light that defend the heights. However, there is one that could either stand in his way, or give him the advantage that he needs if only he could be recruited to join him by any means possible.
The key to his victory is Jaxon, just a boy standing on the threshold of manhood, that carries within him the lineage of angels and could sway the outcome in the eternal battle between the Light and the Darkness. With the fate of the Heavens standing in the balance which side will Jaxon chose?
