The Catalyst Journal begins with a deep-dive, soul-searching session that is designed to help you find clarity about what your ideal life looks like. After completing this session, you will begin plotting the course to fulfill your vision for your ideal life. In approximately 10 minutes per day, you will complete a morning journaling session and an evening journaling session that were designed to promote gratitude, prime your mind for a great day, increase your productivity, cherish moments, and review your day in a positive light to promote peace of mind.
