Everest Pepin Cabernet (b. 1945) is the fifth generation of the world renowned and entrepreneurial Cabernet dynasty. The eldest child of his generation, Everest was a warm-hearted and kind adolescent who spent his childhood and adolescence in constant conflict with his father's cold and war-torn heart. The hurt from his father persisted even after his premature death. After Everest receives some criticism on Cabernet Industries' unethical conduct in the developing world, he decides to step in to address these issues. A conflicted Everest soon finds himself at odds by his heart-felt desire to do good, and the cold-felt decision-makers at the helm of the family business.
