I did not go into business to be a business person.
I first opened my coffee shop to be a community gathering place, somewhere my locals could call their own. For over a decade, my "one-horse-pony-show" entrepreneurial adventure has been full of highs and lows, trials and errors. I want your business to improve the lives of your community and the world. Being a conscious business does not mean spending more and earning less. A business that cares about people and the planet can earn more than just a profit, and become an outstanding legacy.
I hope these lessons can inspire you and can be replicated and adjusted to help businesses of all sizes. It is from this moment of inspiration that I hope to help pass along some of my knowledge to you.
