Raised by his mother, with a father in prison all his life and living in the Harmony projects, young Steven Anderson, despite all the odds against him, grew up with high hopes for life. He was an A-Honor Roll student in his class and was even captain of the debate team in high school. Steven seemed as though he was headed on the right path, that is.. until everything changed for the worst.
At fifteen, his mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. With his mom losing her job while sick and seeing her struggling to pay bills, Steven decided to dropout of school and start selling drugs alongside his friend, Darius. Now eighteen years old and a big time drug dealer in his town, Steven starts thinking about his life and wonders if there's more he can get out of it, to find his true purpose. Steven seeks a way out of his street lifestyle, as deep down he knows there's something greater around the corner.
