Publisher's Synopsis

The Book of Jasher also known as the Sefer haYashar or the Book of the Upright is the one of the forbidden books of the bible, one of the non-canonical books referenced in the Bible in Joshua 10:13; and 2 Samuel 1:18. This volume contains the entire 91 chapters. The Book of Jasher is a translation of a Hebrew book printed in 1613.

This apocryphal sacred book has been considered by some to be the original beginning to the Bible as it covers much of the same ground as the traditional Mosaic books of the Bible, from the creation of the world, descendants of Noah, The testing of Abraham by God to the death of Moses and more albeit with several minor variations and more expansion.

This ancient manuscript fills in the missing events and words by some biblical period of the Bible presented in Genesis, Exodus, Numbers, Deuteronomy, and Joshua in greater detail. It is in large print, size 16pts, making it easy to read.
