Publisher's Synopsis
America's founders were gravely aware of the dangers of concentrated power, and intentionally designed a system of separating government powers into the legislative, executive, and judicial. In the 20th century, as our nation grew, the size, scope, and the intrusion of the government activity increased exponentially. The growth of the executive branch in both size and power has far outpaced the growth of other branches and has resulted in more concentrated power and less accountability to the public. The Biden administration's overreach will only continue the expansion of the executive branch power at the expense of the American people.
