I created this book because basketball is the first sport I ever played, and I love it! I've always loved basketball, even though I found it really hard to play at first. My mom and dad enrolled me in a basketball camp, but at first, I wanted to quit. Eventually, I got used to it with the help of my basketball coach. Coach Jawan helped me adjust to the tough workouts and long practices required to become a good player. He consistently encouraged and motivated me not to give up at camp. With each practice, I became stronger and better prepared for games.
