Publisher's Synopsis
Growing up was cool, Monte lived young and free. He grew up watching his dad close because he knew that when he grew up, his dad was the exact same type of person he wanted to be. When it came to picking a hero, he chose his dad with ease. Then one day, his sister asked him a question that opened his eyes and made him truly see. Now he sees that everything he once thought was perfect really comes with a fee. He can't believe that this is the man he desired to be. It haunted him so bad that he grabbed his sister and they tried to flee. With pressure from his dad, he didn't know what to think. All he knew was he had a choice to make. He could go back to his dad and be the man his dad says he was made to be or he could exercise faith, trust God, and be The Apple That Fell Far From The Tree.
