A native of Ohio, Sonja Guenther currently resides in Littleton, Colorado with her twin sons. She is a professional in the insurance field and a nationally-known speaker on workers' compensation insurance topics. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees, with honors, from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She is a long-time member of St. James Presbyterian church and currently holds an Elder position there. She enjoys golf, running, hiking, travel and cycling, as well as writing and has published both poetry and lyrics for Christian songs.
