Little is known of her religious feelings and, experience in early life, but satisfactory evidence was given that she had in measure yielded her heart to the constraining love of Christ. As the mother of a large family, she rightly felt her responsibility, and endeavoured, though often under an humbling sense of weakness and - ih capacity, to tram up her beloved Children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
