Publisher's Synopsis
Gabriel Infante, a mystic who could walk on water, levitate in prayer, see the future, heal the sick, expel demons, and even raise the dead, among other things, was a Catholic priest for a decade, but God released him from his vow to serve him in that capacity. Now married to Theresa Reynolds, who also quit her life as a religious sister, and with two children to raise, the Miracle Weaver has returned to live in his native place, San Antonio, Texas, where he now works as a Catholic all-boys high school math teacher.
In their last encounters, Satan was able to cause grave damage to Gabriel's family, motivating the horrific murder of his parents during a night burglary with intent to rob them. Afterwards, the enemy of man almost destroyed the mistic's marriage by making him fall into a trap, which kept him living in adultery for six months, away from his wife and children. Gabriel and Theresa survived the storm and were reconciled. Not satisfied with the damage he caused the Infantes thus far, the king of demons plots more attacks against the Miracle Weaver's adorable wife and children, knowing that any evil he can cause them will hurt his mortal nemesis more than any harm to his own person.
