It tells the story of how Fred receives a cool reception from his mother, initially. A meeting with Harry the snail reveals why there is much interest in the life of Fred. How a good turn for the mother of Harry the snail, in taking her to the animal hospital, results in a meeting with a doctor that may change Fred's life. Also, a party to end all parties to celebrate Fred's safe return home.
