This book, so far as it is the work of Mr. Justice harding, is a reprint of that part of his collection of The Acts and Orders of the Supreme Court, with Notes, which relate to insolvency, revised and brought down to the first of January, 1887. The introduction and index are the work of Mr. Macphirson, and are based on his previous compilation on the same subject, now out of print.
