William B. Fairbanks, William Lawson, David Allison, Lawrence Hartshorne, Thomas Bolton, James Thompson, Charles W. Fairbanks, George A. S. Crichton, and all other persons who shall become proprietors in the company, hereby established, their successors and assigns, shall be a body corporate, by the name of The Inland Navigation Company.
