Strickland, MBA CMA CFM CBM, is an author, radio show host, columnist, business consultant, and motivational speaker with over 30 years of experience in leading change initiatives and organizations. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Applied Biblical Studies with Moody Bible Institute, and is the host of two radio shows, "Focus on Business" and "Working on Faith." She is also the founder and principal consultant of F.O.C.U.S. Resources, an international consulting firm guiding for-profit and non-profit organizations on competitive and growth issues.
