Publisher's Synopsis
The pandemic - and online retailer Jungle.com - have decimated Mia Gallagher's gift shop business. Her store's balloon mortgage is being called due at the first of the year, and if she can't pay, the bank will foreclose. Looking to expand, Jungle.com has targeted Mia's customers to drive her out of business. Desperate for a solution, Mia enters The Twelve Games of Christmas, a social media puzzle contest with a grand prize of $100,000. Mia's handsome new neighbor, Noah Caffrey, quickly becomes her good luck charm as she solves daily puzzles and scoots onto the leaderboard. The pair begin to fall in love, but Noah has a secret: he works for Jungle, and he's been spying on Mia's business to feed information to his ruthless boss, Nadine. When Mia discovers Noah's duplicity, and that Nadine has altered the competition to prevent her from winning, Mia must learn to rely on others' help, and to trust in love, before her chance to save her store, and love-life, disappear completely.
