It is almost useless to say that, after visiting the island, it was unanimously decided (in which de cision the wives rightqy had a voice) to select it as their future home. They did not name it Money Island, because, as heretofore stated, they knew nothing about money; therefore, it must be explained that, in calling it Money Island, the writer has merely anticipated its history for a few years.
