Mr. Taylor is vice-president of the anti-saloon League of Maryland, President of the Maryland State Temperance Alliance of Baltimore City, Incorporated, Chairman of the Committee on Co-operation with the Anti Saloon League of the Baltimore Yearly Meeting of Friends, and Chairman of the Committee on Temperance of the Baltimore Monthly Meeting of Friends.
By direction of the anti-saloon League of Maryland a number of his addresses, and extracts from same, etc., have been collected and published in this pamphlet, with the hope that it might aid in some degree in press ing forward the great temperance cause, which has been so largely a part of Mr. Taylor's life work in connection with his regular business.
