ABSTRACT This book of original work advances the constructive implications in the teconomics of infrastructures that studies infrastructures foundations as integral parts of productive and dynamic modern economics, which have deterministic result in today economies. The infrastructural maintenance, updating, and dynamic modernization are important part of the technological injections and comprehensions of holistic infrastructures in productive and functional economics advancements. Scientific Synthesis of Political Economics, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Mathematics, and Statistical Methodologies, Technological Parameters in Production Theory, and Political Teconomics of technological injections of dynamic variables in production and microeconomics theory contribute to the societal benefits, which combined with constructive creation in good governance will advance humanity level of well-being. This study follows author's previous four-works and studies since 1975, including Dr. Bahman Fakhraie's dissertation. In process of finishing this work, our parents and some family members and great teachers have passed away. In memoriun, they remain in our thoughts. I have been the beneficiary of education systems, medical technologies and infrastructures, roads, in planes, trains, and vehicles mainly in two countries and substantially globally, and I agree that nothing will substitute for great educated and skill professionals, good educational institutions, and genuinely concerned educators, and parents internationally. Each child miss under-educated, or ignored is a lost chance to improve all human lives. It will take extra resources to balance each event of abandonment or partial or complete neglect. It is only noticeable to our determent that insufficient investment in infrastructures affects our limbs or lives greatly. When we are in a new place or new situations that they have under invested in such infrastructures, our operational and sometime survival risks are much greater palpably, including financially. All nations can be as kind and generous as the best of their people, and as inhospitable and inhumane as the worst of their political leaders make it so, and their funding choices are telling. This research is an accumulation of many years of analytical empiricism and academic studies. It is the accumulated experiences in enumerated research papers, oversea studies, experiences, travels, and written and published more than fifteen books, and e-books. The economic scholarly focus here in national wealth creation does not advance personal greed, hubris of wealth concentration, monopolistic profiteering, but by job creation, livable wages, flow and rates of circularity of money that supports economic growth in both arenas of demand and supply expansively, inclusively, and globally. It is the endeavors of good scholarship to enhance lives and survival expansively and positively. I hope this book accomplishes a small gesture of good will toward those tasks of good scholarship. In the new Paradigm of Teconomics, constructions, and deconstructions of infrastructures have consequential impacts on civil society, in economic, and in sociopolitical sphere of human endeavors. The past minimalist definitions of infrastructures have failed current events substantially. Humanity cannot ignore the road, bridges, internet digital highways, and organizational infrastructures aspects of modernity that link all limbs constructively, to chance events and incidental divestment of history. The ages and epochs of caravan sojourns for commerce of spices and trinkets have long past to modern but civil and constructive infrastructures complexities. In this book, that eventuality is studies.
