Brazil in the 21st century has an opportunity at hand: to optimise scientific and economic development by encouraging the dissemination of Intellectual Property (IP) in law courses. This incentive extends to multiple environments, from academic (research) to business. To this end, it is up to the scientific researcher to present the benefits of promoting IP and to plant in the right minds the desire for knowledge and investment in such a promising subject.
