A new concept of teaching learning has emerged out in the field of education. The concept of teaching is incomplete without learning. Teaching is the complement of learning. Teaching and learning are interrelated, integrated and interdependent. They are the two sides of the same coin. Teaching is a system of actions intended to induce learning. Learning is defined as a relatively permanent change in behaviour. Teaching activities, discovery and assignments aim to achieve cognitive, affective and psychomotor goals. These teaching activities are designed and performed to produce change in students behaviour. Ritu Sharma, obtained her master degree and B.Ed. from Meerut University. Having a logn experience in the field of taching. She has devoted herself in the field of education and social welfare. Currently she is working on different project of education. Her main concern is to impart education to all of the sections of society.
