Because function keys are the default supplied with WordPerfect 5.1, "Teach Yourself WordPerfect 5.1" standardizes on function key use. Each exercise, however, includes all the appropriate pull-down menu selections in brackets following each step, and instructions for 5.0 users if they differ from 5.1. The Teach-Yourself format is retained.
