John Q. Zarr is an independent insurance investigator; and he and his unknown associate TEACHER (see ET-BEINGS book), are commissioned by various insurance agencies around the globe to investigate and see if they can prevent large sums of insurance monies be paid. John will take no case less that $1million and his fee is 15% for $1-15 Million USD and 10% for anything over $15 Million USD. Even though he is a semi-disabled senior citizen (in his mid 70s he has and Excellent Investigation record of saving Million$ of dollars from having to be paid as he identifies the insurance scam and how it was done...and yes sometimes he even finds the murder that kills for the insurance even if the statute of limitations on a person missing has almost expired.
