Stress has become a public health menace of the day. It cannot be eliminated from life and it's absolutely essential that we learn to manage it. Stress management is of special relevance to female doctors who encounter extreme challenges in their professional and personal life. Diagnosing the type of stressors that they come across and experience assumes greater significance. It will pave the way for working out appropriate coping strategies and interventions.
