Sinopsis
"El Sofrito Mágico: Un cuento de fin de año" muestra el cálido abrazo de una cocina puertorriqueña mientras la familia se prepara para su tradicional celebración de Nochevieja. Las niñas intentan eludir el ritual mensual de su madre, pero ella las involucra en la preparación del sofrito, base de una mezcla de especias para sus platos habituales. La abuela imparte hábilmente a las niñas una lección histórica y espiri-tual sobre el significado de esta tradición. Al hacerlo, les inculca tanto el orgullo asociado a la elaboración del sofrito como el deseo de perpetuar este preciado ritual.
