Publisher's Synopsis
A Shepherd had 100 sheep in his care, and on a daily basis he looked after them, fed them and loved them so much.
On a fateful day one of them got missing. The Shepherd didn't know what to do, he didn't know whether to forget the missing one and keep the 99 or leave the 99 and search for the missing one. But something beyond ordinary touched him, he kept the 99 in a secure place and he went all around in tears, and pains in search of the missing one.
What touched him was LOVE. It was love that drove the shepherd into the streets to recover the lost sheep
How do we relate with this in our daily activities and also in our respective workplaces?
How do we show sincere love even if it requires us to sacrifice our comfort?
I know many people profess this as easy to do, yet they never show an iota of love when it matters. You can love but when faced with real life scenario how do you handle it?
A lot of religious people claim they love God, yet they never show any act of love to humanity. they are egoistic, they don't care about the feelings of others, they only want to be fine alone, but how do we claim to be lovers of God but haters of men? Those who love God are lovers of men. They hate no one, they understand God's love and demonstrate it to all. They are not hypocrites and liars. It is hypocrites that show absolute dedication towards God without showing interest in those God is concerned about. They love God but hates what He loves. That is simply falsehood and it is unchristian.
