David Sorensen, a responsible, serious minded Englishman, lives with his wife in an ordinary suburb of London. Suddenly and unexpectedly he experiences what appears to be extra sensory perception. Whilst asleep, he occasionally visualises an hypnotic pair of human eyes that see places and people as they are at that precise moment in time. As this ability develops, he travels with his wife Jenny to the USA where, as a guest of the FBI, he becomes deeply involved in the search for two of the highest profile fugitives from Western justice - Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein.
