The characteristics of those whom the leader chooses as his "armor bearer", or servant leaders in a ministry are very important. This book is written from an "armor bearer's" perspective of what he feels are the most important attributes that a leader needs from this ministry. Although this book uses the masculine vernacular it is understood that the armor bearer ministry is for every member of the body of Christ, both male and female.
