"In 2015, the United Nations established 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to inspire focused efforts to collectively make progress toward major societal challenges. These goals have served as a rallying point to work together toward a common agenda. The UN identifies business partnerships and science as key factors in identifying pathways to accomplish the SDGs. The field of I-O psychology offers tremendous promise for advancing prosocial work but, to date, has been somewhat inaccessible.
