At the age of 57, now I am an empty nester looking to survive my timeline for as long as possible, in hope to find some closures nearly 50 years later. Getting fit and healthy will allow me to trek in and around the remote villages of Cambodia, looking for what's left of my family. There's no excuse for you not to get healthy and live a long and productive life, if I can do it, so can you. If you are over 50, how many more healthy years will you have left, remember we take nothing with us and only leave behind memories, why not get healthy and go make some lasting memories!
